Here's the deal, you can't. It's the one thing Canadians apparently cannot purchase from your local Wacom dealer, and one of many things Canadians again can't purchase north of the border, regardlesss (a list which includes Cherry Coke Zero and In-N-Out burgers). However, here's how you - as a Canadian - can purchase replacement nibs for your Wacom Bamboo Stylus:


1) Call Wacom at 1-800-922-6613 between these hours (Pacific Time):

Mon-Thur: 7:30am-5pm
Fri: 8:30am-5pm
2) Press "1" for English or "2" for Spanish, and wait a couple of minutes for a customer service rep.

3) You have two choices of replacement nibs from which to choose; I'd get a few packages because they're inexpensive and dammit, you want these things around when you really need them.

The choices include:

• Firm Nibs for Bamboo Stylus Feel (ACK20602) or
• Soft Nibs fpr Bamboo Stylus Feel (ACK20604)

Both nib packets are priced at US$4.95

4) Give them your address and your credit card information and choose a shipping method.

5) You may have to confirm the order via email...

6) Wait until the package arrives at your door - hopefully there won't be any customs idiocy along the way.
